Updating and reverification of i9
Select this check box to indicate that the employee has applied for the reverified or updated document.
The default setting is deselected, which hides the Receipt Document Number field and corresponding Expiration Date field.
The employer is not allowed to make any changes to the form after it is saved unless the Receipt check box is selected.
In this case, you can enter the actual information for the specific document that was flagged as Receipt, but only the Document Number and Expiration Date fields.
If List A is chosen, at least one of the two document number fields is required.
These options are mutually exclusive; after you select one, the fields associated with the other are grayed out.
