When this occurs using the Tom Tom HOME software, clicking "Add Traffic, Voices, Safety Cameras etc" followed by "Items on My Computer" starts the map update installation.

I checked in the firewall program settings and "My Drive Connect.exe” seems to have full rights. Right click on the Norton icon in the system tray and click Disable Smart Firewall.

Purchase a larger memory card for your Tom Tom to resolve the problem and install the updated maps.
